Answer first: To delegate TRON Energy or Bandwidth, stake first, then point resources at a receiver address without sending TRX. Always undelegate before you unfreeze.
Steps
- Stake TRX for Energy and/or Bandwidth.
- Open UnstakeDesk → Delegate.
- Pick resource, receiver (T-address), amount → sign.
- To reverse: Undelegate, then you may unfreeze.
Locks and receivers
Some wallets offer locked delegation. Locked lends can delay undelegate—read the wallet prompt before signing. Wrong receiver is irreversible without their cooperation; double-check addresses.
