Answer first: If Tronscan won’t let you unfreeze TRX, the UI is usually blocking on delegation, resource mismatch, or sync— not always a hard protocol ban. Fix undelegate, or connect the same wallet to UnstakeDesk.
Debug steps
- Check delegated resources; undelegate.
- Confirm you selected the resource that actually has stake.
- Refresh / reconnect wallet on Tronscan.
- Try UnstakeDesk Unstake tab with the same account.
- Verify with explorer + status.
