Answer first: If a pending unfreeze is not showing, compare wallet UI to chain state. Use UnstakeDesk TronGrid status and the unstake tx hash—either the tx never landed or the UI is lagging.
Triage
- Find the unstake tx on an explorer (success vs failed).
- Paste the address into live status.
- If chain shows pending → wait/indexing; if empty → resubmit only after confirming failure.
