Answer first: To unstake TRX in TronLink, use TronLink’s Stake 2.0 / Resources flow: Unfreeze → wait ~14 days → Withdraw— or connect the same TronLink wallet to UnstakeDesk and sign there.
Native TronLink path
- Open TronLink and open the Stake / Resources (Stake 2.0) section.
- Undelegate if you lent Energy or Bandwidth.
- Choose Unfreeze/Unstake for the resource and amount.
- Wait the delay, then Withdraw inside TronLink.
Using TronLink with UnstakeDesk
Connect TronLink on UnstakeDesk, then use Unstake / Withdraw tabs. Same chain calls; different UI. Useful when TronLink’s button state is unclear—pair with read-only status.
Watch-outs
- Mobile vs extension UI labels differ (“freeze” vs “stake”).
- Pending entries may hide until refresh.
